SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Bruce Miller clears the path and Frank Gore goes for it.
Gore is quick to point out that a big reason he is on such a nice roll again in San Francisco's running game is because of Miller's timely, hard blocking.
These two work hand in hand, and Gore gets the credit. Miller hardly minds.
Miller is making a living in front of Gore — and he loves it that way. Miller does more than just block, too: He has nine receptions for 82 yards with a 17-yard catch, and all his regular work on offense has cut his role on special teams.
He had a key block for Anthony Dixon's TD run Sunday.
