Broner KOs Rodriguez to claim WBO title

Cincinnati, OH – Adrien Broner knocked out Vicente Rodriguez in the third round to win the vacant WBO junior lightweight title on Saturday.

Broner (22-0 18 KO) knocked down Rodriguez (34-3), who was already bleeding from the nose, with a left hook near the corner.
