Tampa, FL – The Tampa Bay Lightning continued to add blue- round pick Carter Ashton.
Aulie, 22, has split this season between the NHL and AHL. He posted two assists in 17 games with the Maple Leafs and one assist in 23 games with the Toronto Marlies.
The 20-year-old Ashton, a right winger, racked up 19 goals and 35 points in 56 games with Tampa Bay's AHL affiliate in Norfolk this year. He was the 29th player selected in the 2009 draft.
Earlier in the day, the Lightning added veteran rearguard Mike Commodore in a trade with Detroit.
