Bolton manager Owen Coyle was busy adding term loan for Chelsea winger Gael Kakuta.

Ngog, 22, joins the Trotters on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee having joined Liverpool from PSG in 2008.

During his time at Anfield Ngog tallied 19 goals, and his arrival could help to ease the loss of Johan Elmander and Daniel Sturridge.

In addition to Ngog, Coyle has secured the services of Kakuta on a loan that will run until January 1.

The 20-year-old spent time at Fulham on loan last season and he joins Ngog, Darren Pratley, Nigel Reo-Coker, Chris Eagles, Tyrone Mears, Tuncay and Dedryck Boyata as new arrivals to the Reebok Stadium.
