PORTLAND, Oregon (Reuters) - Portland guard Brandon Roy could miss the Trail Blazers' postseason campaign after suffering a knee injury, local media reported on Monday.

Roy was injured in his team's win over the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday and was found to have a partially torn meniscus.

The team's leading scorer averaging 21.5 points per game, Roy missed Portland's win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday and will sit out the season finale on Wednesday.

"I want to play -- it's the playoffs," Roy told The Oregonian (www.oregonlive.com/sports).

"You play 82 games and you take a beating just to get to these moments. I don't know right now."
