Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert is on track to play in this Sunday's regular season finale against Baltimore after missing the previous two games with a concussion.

Eifert suffered the concussion during the first quarter of the team's Week 14 loss to Pittsburgh. The Pro Bowl tight end practiced fully on Wednesday and isn't planning on holding himself out for the postseason.

"I'm feeling good. I'm cleared and I'm ready to play," Eifert said Wednesday's workout via Bengals.com.

Eifert has yet to play in a game with backup quarterback A.J. McCarron as starter Andy Dalton was injured just a few plays after Eifert against the Steelers. Eifert was leading the NFL in touchdown receptions at the time of his injury, but he still tops all tight ends with 12.
