CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Tyshwan Edmondson scored 23 points and Austin Peay never trailed in cruising to an 80-66 win over Jacksonville State on Saturday night.
The Governors (13-8, 7-2 Ohio Valley Conference), who ended a two-game skid, have won seven of their last nine.

Tied at 15 with 8:51 to go before halftime, Austin Peay used a 16-2 run to take command.
After the Gamecocks (2-18, 0-9) got to 41-36 in the second half, the Governors responded with a 5-0 run. Jacksonville State could get no closer than seven after that to lose its 14th straight.
