With the game tied at 86 with 2:26 left, White made what turned out to be the game winner, grabbing an offensive rebound off a J.T. Thomas missed jumper and laying it in. White's basket was the start of an 8-2 stretch to end the game for the Trojans (3-1).

Thomas finished with 17 points and Roger Woods added 14 for Little Rock. The Trojans shot just 40 percent from the field, but got to the free throw line 41 times.

Stephan Hicks led Northridge (2-3) with 25 points on 10-of-18 shooting. Stephen Maxwell added 23 points and 13 boards for the Matadors, who battled back from six down in the final two minutes to force overtime.
