While Manchester United continue to struggle for goals week in week out, a pair of former Red Devils are tearing up their new respective leagues.

We all know about Javier Hernandez's terrific form at Bayer Leverkusen this season, of course, but Great Britain's most expensive transfer (and also, arguably its biggest flop) of all-time -- Angel Di Maria -- has been almost just as hot for Paris Saint-Germain this season in Ligue 1.

In Saturday's 5-1 thumping of fourth-place Angers, the Argentine winger scored two brilliant goals in the span of just five minutes, or exactly one more goal than United have scored in the first halves of their last eleven home games.

The first was a brilliant volley from distance that rivaled Tottenham starlet Dele Alli's for best goal of the weekend to give PSG a 4-1 lead in the second half. Di Maria's second strike was a textbook chip of the goalkeeper after getting played in beautifuly by Blaise Matuidi.

Watch and enjoy:

The brace gives Di Maria eleven goals on the season (all comps) to go along with nine assists. Not bad for someone Louis van Gaal couldn't get rid of fast enough after a poor first year at Old Trafford.
