Ajaccio, France – Benjamin Andre's 88th-minute goal was 0 win over struggling Marseille on Friday, allowing the home side to climb out of the relegation zone.
Marseille has lost four straight games to fall to eighth in Ligue 1, leaving the club 16 points from the top of the league.
Ajaccio won for the second time in six games but jumps all the way up to 13th in a crowded bottom half of the table.
Ajaccio goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa pulled off a great save five minutes from time to deny Marseille's Jordan Ayew at close range, and after Andre missed a great chance a few minutes from time for the hosts, he atoned in the 88th minute.
Andre made a good run into the penalty area and got on the other end of a cross from Johan Cavalli to turn the ball inside the near post.
