Brandon Harris is playing the best football of his career against Florida. Derick E. Hingle USA TODAY Sports

Florida and LSU, two teams not known for airing the ball out, both made spectacular plays on consecutive drives Saturday night in Death Valley.

Forced to play backup quarterback Treon Harris due to the suspension to Will Grier, many expected the Gators to play this one close to the vest. However once Florida found itself down 14 late in the half, Harris had to use his mobility in the pocket to get free and launch this pass deep to freshman Antonio Callaway. The rookie receiver displayed amazing concentration to make this play:

Florida would score on the possession to draw within seven but LSU would immediately respond.

With under a minute left in the half, Brandon Harris chucked up this prayer to Malachi Dupre:

Both schools claim the title DBU, but after these two plays were allowed by the defensive backfields, both school's credentials may soon be called into question.
