Cleveland guard Rex Hadnot isn't the only free-agent offensive lineman being courted by the Arizona Cardinals.
A source told FOXSports.com that Kansas City's Wade Smith is en route for a Monday night/Tuesday visit. Nashville-based agent Brian Parker confirmed the trip but declined to offer more details.
Entering his eight NFL season, the 6-foot-4, 310 pound Smith has found himself in high demand this offseason. Smith already has taken free-agent visits to Buffalo and Houston but left both cities without signing a contract.
Smith played tackle, guard and center for Kansas City in 2009. The bulk of his time was spent at right guard where he started six games.
The 28-year-old Smith could be an answer for Arizona at right tackle. The Cardinals are expected to move Levi Brown to left tackle and allow incumbent starter Mike Gandy leave in free agency.
Hadnot is slated to arrive in Arizona on Tuesday night, a source told FOXSports.com.
