MAKES 4 CLEAN TURKEY MEATBALLS
 
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound lean ground turkey
2 eggs
2 cloves 
minced garlic
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ cup 100% whole-wheat or whole-grain bread crumbs
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
 
DIRECTIONS:
1 – Mix all ingredients together 
2 – Roll into balls, 1 inch in diameter
3 – Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
