Bush currently hosts Hot Mics with Billy Bush, a digital show that covers sports, politics, entertainment, tech, and pop culture, following a five-season tenure hosting Extra (2019-2025). Previously, Bush served as co-host of NBC’s Today third hour. Prior to that he was Access Hollywood’s East Coast correspondent and host of the nationally syndicated talk and music radio show, The Billy Bush Show.
Throughout his career, Bush has covered major live marquis entertainment events, including the Golden Globes, Grammys and Academy Awards. He also covered the Olympics from 2004 to 2016 on NBC and reported live from Prince William’s wedding to Catherine Middleton for NBC News. He has also made several film and television appearances.
