British mother who says her son needs cannabis oil to prevent dangerous epileptic seizures is pleading with British officials to return the supply she recently obtained in Canada.

Charlotte Caldwell said border officials seized the marijuana-infused oil when she tried to enter the country Monday with her autistic 12-year-old son.

Caldwell said at a news conference: "I will just go back to Canada and get more and I will bring it back again, because my son has a right to have his anti-epileptic medication in his country, in his own home."

Caldwell plans to meet with Home Office officials on Monday afternoon about getting back the oil, which is banned in England.
