Many of us definitely feel like we've earned the right to chow down after a high-intensity workout but one London pop-up won't let you get your munch on until you've gotten your crunch on.

A new café in London set up by David Lloyd Gyms will temporarily accept exercise as a form of payment for lunch, reports Time Out.

From Jan. 11 to Jan. 13, one gym location will be hosting the café, creatively called “Run for your Bun,” from 12 noon to 3 p.m., in an effort to “encourage sedentary office workers to be more active” during lunchtime.

First, there’s a six-minute high-intensity cardio session that includes a minute on a rowing machine, a minute on a spin bike and another 60 seconds on a treadmill. That’s followed by a minute of sit-ups, bodyweight squats and lunges.

There are 30-second rest periods between each exercise.

Only after the workout is complete, sweating and panting customers can choose their meal from four healthful options: an avocado, tomato, and goat cheese toast on wholemeal bread; a Mediterranean couscous with a balsamic dressing; a grilled chicken burger, or a pita sandwich with either vegetarian-grilled Halloumi cheese or smoked salmon.

“According to our research, British office workers spend almost 90 percent of the working day sat down being inactive and invariably eating lunch at their desks—an issue compounded by the huge popularity and convenience of food and shopping delivery apps,” health expert Elaine Denton explained in a press release announcing the gym's new restaurant.

“On an everyday basis people can be more active at work just by doing little things, often—whether that’s taking the stairs each day instead of the lift or leaving the office and walking to get their lunch,” she said.
