Oprah Winfrey knows a lot about books. Her epynonymous book club helped turn some 70 plus titles into bestsellers over night.

And the media mogul has never shied away from dishing about her favorite foods.

But she’s never combined those two passions—until now. On Jan. 3, Winfrey released her first ever cookbook, “Food, Health and Happiness: 115 On-Point Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life.”

HOW TO EAT LIKE BEYONCE AND MARTHA STEWART: TESTING CELEBRITY MEAL KITS

In true Oprah fashion, Winfrey doesn’t just talk about how to make delicious meals but the cookbook also includes plenty of anecdotes featuring the talk show host’s well-publicized weight loss battles as well as chronicling her journey to finding peace on the plate. The book features adapted recipes from the many “wonderful chefs” Winfrey has gotten to know over the years, food she serves for special occassaions and just some of her favorite standbys.

“As long I can remember, I’ve been the kind of person who wants to share the things that make life better,” Winfrey notes in the intro. “When I come upon something useful, something that brings me pleasure or comfort or ease, I want everyone else to know about it and benefit from it, too. And that is how this cookbook came to be.”

Winfrey, who is a Weight Watchers' spokeswoman and investor, adds the company’s signature SmartPoints for each recipe, but diet devotees should note this is not an official Weight Watchers book.

Included among the 115 recipes are Art Smith’s “Unfried Chicken,” Lavender Shortbread, Pasta Cacio e Pepe (a humble Italian dish kicked up a notch with truffle zest) and a cream-less silky tomato soup.

ART SMITH REVEALS WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE TO COOK FOR OPRAH

In 1994, Winfrey's personal chef, Rosie Daley, had a huge hit with the cookbook “In the Kitchen with Rosie: Oprah's Favorite Recipes.” Art Smith, who also cooked for the media mogul, has had several successful cookbooks and slew of awards, too.

Published by Flatiron Books, “Food, Health and Happiness: 115 On-Point Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life" is out Tuesday for $35.
