
Mango lassi (Lina Zeldovich)
Made from yogurt, water and mango pulp, mango lassi originated in India and Pakistan, and became a world favorite. It is served in a tall glass with a straw, often with ground pistachio nuts sprinkled on top.

Ingredients:
1 quart Yogurt
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 quart Ice
12 tablespoon Water
3 tablespoon Sugar
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until yogurt is frothy and ice is crushed. Pour mixture into frosted glasses and serve immediately.
