Ingredients:

1 Ounce "Toddy Base"

2 Ounce rum (bourbon or brandy work as well)

1 part ginger syrup

1 part allspice dram

600 Grams water

200 Grams ginger juice

1K sugar

Combine and simmer for five minutes. Let cool before using.

Preparation:

Add Toddy Base and spirit of choice. Fill glass with hot water and garnish with clove-studded orange peel
