It's football season in America. For pigskin fans traveling to Las Vegas this season --for work or play --here are some cool sports bars where you watch your favorite team score that touchdown.
And as almost everything in Sin City, the choices are as abundant as they are over-the-top, but unlike the tables, it's never a crap shoot.
Best View: Sporting House, New York New York Hotel and Casino
If you think this bar has just a couple of HD televisions to watch the game, think again. How about 130 HD TVs. That's right, the two-story bar at the New York New York Hotel offers football fans TVs to watch the action from all angles. Its two bars can hold more than 600 people. And get this--every booth at the bar has a television with its own personal feed of the football game. "Once the doors open, we get everybody in as fast as we can," said Craig Tribus, director of operations for the company that owns the bar, Ark Restaurants. "People are screaming and cheering and have a different jersey on."
Best Food: The Pub at Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino
When it comes to game day food, The Pub at the Monte Carlo has you covered in a big way. Since games start on the west coast in the morning, The Pub offers breakfast and happy hour for hungry football fanatics. Breakfast includes your choice of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Happy hour food includes wings, assorted flatbread pizzas, and hamburger sliders. For $16.95, you can order an all-you-can-eat option from 9a-3p of all of these items. And for $39.95, you can add an all-you-can-drink option that includes food, Bloody Marys, and select domestic beers.

Taking the over or under on the Packers or Giants? Head on over to the sports book at the Red Rock Resort and Casino to place a bet on your team for the weekend. Located off-the-strip, football fans can enjoy games on an 18 x 36 foot television airing football games from around the country. And fans are usually screaming, even when their team might be losing. "Even when we have games that are blowouts, you have people cheering like crazy because the games going over or going under or a team's about to cover or a team's about to score" said Jason McCormick, director of race and sports at the Red Rock Resort.
Best Home Away From Home: EA Sports Bar, The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
If the sports bar or sports book environment is a little too rowdy for you, the EA Sports Bar at the Cosmopolitan Hotel may fit the bill. The small sports bar is named after popular sports video gaming company EA Sports and provides more of a living room atmosphere with couches and bean bag seats. In fact, the bar even has televisions that allows fans to play select EA Sports video games, while they're watching the game. "It's just a twist on the classic (sports bar) experience, said Lisa Marchese, chief marketing officer for the Cosmopolitan Hotel. "Once you add video games, it's radically different."
