Penélope Cruz is taking her “sexpertise” to the director’s chair and making her directorial debut with a racy new ad.
The entrepreneurial actress has released a six-minute video she wrote and directed for the new L'Agent lingerie line she designed with her sister Mónica.
In the steamy short film, Spanish actor Miguel Angel enters a house full of gorgeous women he can see naked after putting on a magical pair of L'Agent sunglasses.
Along with a cameo by a very pregnant Mónica, Penélope's husband Javier Bardem and supermodel Irina Shayk also star in the film.
The L’agent line is part of a long-term partnership between the Cruz sisters and the famous luxury intimates label Agent Provocateur.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the sisters signed a five-year deal to design the diffusion line, which will offer more affordable lingerie options.
"Penélope and Mónica are both long-time lingerie fans and have brought a new design sensibility to the brand,” Agent Provocateur creative director Sarah Shotton said.
“Working with the Cruz sisters was a great opportunity to bring the diffusion line to life and to further strengthen the brand's relationship with them."
Cruz, who has just given birth to her second child with Bardem, said she and her younger sister "feel extremely happy to become part of this great team."
