Another diva might be getting a headline show on the Vegas strip.

Mariah Carey is reportedly in the final stages of signing a deal for a residency at Caesar's Palace, according the New York Post’s Page Six.

Although the contract is still being negotiated, sources told the Post that it would be worth more than Britney Spears’ two-year, $30 million contract with The Axis at Planet Hollywood.

Carey, 44, would begin her residency before the 2015 holidays. The Page Six report has not been confirmed.

The singer made headlines when she struggled during a performance of “All I Want for Christmas Is You” at the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting this year.

If the residency is finalized, Carey will join a long list of songbirds in Las Vegas including Cher, Celine Dion and Bette Midler.

Carey is not the only Latina diva that might be heading to Vegas.

Reports swirled in late October that Jennifer Lopez was negotiating a 72-show residency at The Axis, replacing Spears after her contract runs out this year.
