Evelyn Lozada said she only wants what’s best for her ex-husband.

The reality TV star, whose fight with her former beau got him kicked out of the NFL and got him in a heap of criminal problam, has not spoken about her exes case.

But Danika Berry, Lozada’s publicist, said Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson’s ex-wife is “in her happy place now” – and wishes Johnson luck as he faces the latest ongoing saga after he allegedly assaulted her during a fight while the two were married last year.

Johnson was able to reduce his 30-day jail sentence on Monday for violating probation in the Lozada case. Johnson was released from jailed immediately after he apologized to Broward County Judge Kathleen McHugh for playfully slapping his lawyer’s rear inside the courtroom last week.

Johnson pleaded no contest back in August to head-butting Lozada in a heated argument. She filed for divorce from the NFL star just a few weeks after their lavish TV wedding, which was to air on their VH1 show “Ev and Ocho” that was later pulled by the network.

“She’s forgiven him,” said Berry, adding that at the time when Lozada and Johnson argued, Lozada “didn’t even want the police to know” about their dispute.

“It was the neighbors who called,” Berry said.

As Johnson's future is in limbo, Lozada is wrapped up in multiple projects.

The Puerto Rican beauty is a fitness blogger for Latina magazine and a youth celebrity ambassador for Youth H20—an anti aging super foods energy supplement.

The 37-year-old has partnered with rapper Bow Wow’s mother, Teresa Caldwell, to launch a maxi-dress collection. Lozada already has her boutique shoe line “Dulce” in Coral Gables, Fla., and Caldwell has her own online shoe line called “Shop Pure Addiction.”

“She has her clothing line. It’s coming out this summer in August,” Berry said. “It’s for the everyday woman.”

Lozada, who became a sex symbol on the hit VH1 show “Basketball Wives,” (she was once engaged to NBA star Antoine Walker and dated him for about 10 years), is rumored to return for another season of the reality show. But, Berry would not confirm or deny the allegations.

Berry did confirm that Lozada was coming out with a work-out DVD collection, which is set to launch August 1st.
