For once, Kirstie Alley has bigger problems than trying to fit into a size 4.

Pinellas County, Florida, tax records show that the "Dancing With the Stars" runner-up owes $41,395, including fees and interest, on her $1.73 million Tampa-area mansion, according to The Associated Press.

The 2010 tax bill was due April 1.

After reports pointed out the delinquency, a spokesman for the formerly "Fat Actress" released a statement Thursday saying, "we were not aware of the amount owed, and her accountant never received the bill."

The ex-"Cheers" star now says that she's paying up $41,000 in owed property taxes, and tax office spokesman Chad McLeod confirmed to the AP that one of Alley's representatives promised to send a certified check.
