Super producer and hip-hop legend Jermaine Dupri says Taylor Swift shouldn’t be miffed at Scooter Braun for buying her old label, Big Machine, and owning her masters.

“It is a business deal where he got everybody’s masters. She is just mad,” Dupri told us. “It’s not just her ... he has other masters and, unfortunately, she was not privy to know the man that owned them was trying to sell them. That’s the person she should be attacking.”

Swift publicly objected to the deal after news broke that Braun bought Scott Borchetta’s Big Machine for $300 million.

But Dupri — who’s worked with acts including Mariah Carey, Usher and Jay-Z — said: “Scooter didn’t buy the masters because he disliked Taylor Swift.”
