Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez may have bitten off more than they could chew after admitting they’re “really hungry” just days in to their 10-day diet challenge.

A-Rod wrote about the challenge on Monday in an Instagram post where the former New York Yankees third baseman asked followers to join in on the no-sugar, no-carb diet. But a day later, Lopez shared the difficulties of the diet.

"So it turns out, when you don't have sugar and you don't have carbs, you're really really hungry all the time," Women’s Health reported Lopez saying in an Instagram Story. A-Rod added, “I’m dying.”

The celebrity power couple said they had to figure out what kind of healthy snacks they could eat to fill the void. On day three the pair shared photos of giant salads with hard boiled eggs, cucumber, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, ground turkey and Brussel sprouts, Women’s Health reported.
