While Jennifer Garner’s ex-nanny poses for the paparazzi poolside, the former wife of Ben Affleck has had to deal with a slew of media reports dissecting his alleged affair. What does Jen need to do to get back on her game?

Some experts suggest that so far, Garner’s silence has been her smartest move.

“At the moment the leaks about the nanny are destroying Ben. Jen is winning by doing nothing,” Rob Shuter, founder of NaughtyGossip.com, told FOX411. “This nanny seems to be Ben’s worst nightmare.”

Psychologist Dr. Chloe Carmichael added that Garner peaceful demeanor is both healthy and good for her public perception.

“She doesn't seem to be in danger of any ‘helpless victim’ behavior like lashing out at the nanny in a public feud, wailing in tears to the media, or chasing desperately after Ben,” Carmichael said. “Her strong and mature reaction to this is actually what is going to make Ben and the nanny look cheap and weak by comparison than any dramatic public breakdown or bitter lash out.”

Plus fans usually stand behind jilted stars, said Deputy Editor at Star Magazine Matt Coppa.

“While she's always been a very likable Hollywood celebrity fans really tend to rally around those they feel were wronged, as they did with Jennifer Aniston after Brad Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie.”

But what should Garner do next to move past the tabloid headlines about her ex’s alleged cheating scandal?

Shuter suggested Garner, who is frequently photographed sans makeup, would be wise to step out looking like the movie star she is.

“Get all dressed up. She is a beautiful lady with an amazing body,” Shuter said. “She needs to hit the town with her girlfriends. A picture is worth a thousand words.”

The most recent pics of Garner show she hasn’t moved on much yet. She was snapped over the weekend with her soon-to-be ex-husband and their kids. Both Garner and Affleck were wearing their wedding rings.

Reps for the stars did not return FOX411’s request for comment regarding the rings.

In June, Garner and Affleck issued a joint statement announcing their divorce. They have been married for 10 years.
