Hilary Swank and Ruben Torres have ended their engagement.
A rep for the actress confirmed to People magazine that the engagement was off after she was spotted without her ring at the French Open on Saturday.
Swank, 41, and Torres, a Colombian-born former tennis pro, dated for nearly a year before getting engaged in March.
The two-time Oscar winner announced her engagement on Instagram, saying he had proposed to her while on a hike. The post, which showed the couple hugging and smiling, has been deleted from her Instagram page.
Swank’s rep did not give a reason for their break up.
Swank, who won best actress Academy Awards for "Boys Don't Cry" and "Million Dollar Baby," was previously married to actor Chad Lowe for 10 years.
Torres attended the University of Southern California and played his last professional tennis match in 2008.
