Perhaps still reeling from an infidelity scandal from 2009, when he was accused of having an affair with a stripper, actor Josh Duhamel appeared to have been playing things extra carefully this weekend, so as not to stir up any rumors of trouble at home with his wife, Black Eyed Peas singer Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson.

Duhamel, who denied accusations from the stripper at the time, was a participant in DirecTV’s 5th Annual Celebrity Beach Bowl in Dallas, TX Saturday, where we spotted him declining to take photos with two scantily clad blonde promo models for event sponsor Captain Morgan rum.

When the models, who posed with most of the stars coming through, asked to pose with him, he politely declined, instead opting to take photos with the Captain Morgan pirate mascot.

But speaking of shoots, the 38-year-old told FOX411's Pop Tarts at the event that he did miss having Megan Fox around while filming the highly-anticipated "Transformers: Dark of the Moon."

"I like Megan a lot," he affirmed.

Nonetheless, he was full of praise for Fox's replacement, model Rosie Hunington-Whiteley.

"I like Rosie a lot too. She came in with a great attitude, had a lot of fun and I thought she fit into the role really well," he said.

Yet even without fan-favorite Fox, Duhamel is confident that the upcoming film, which is the third "Transformers" installment, will be the best of them all.

"It is good, the story is good - better than the first two I think," he added. "It comes down to how they edit it, but I think it is going to be really great."
