Demi Lovato showed her patriotic side Sunday when “The X Factor” judge took the stage of the World Series game 4 and sang the National Anthem, GossipCop.com is reporting.
The singer performed at Detroit’s Comerica Park right before the San Francisco Giants defeated the Detroit Tigers.
Looking a bit more conservative than her usual self, Lovato donned black pants, black shirt and a black blazer.
The fans cheered on Lovato, 20, as she sang a perfect rendition of the National Anthem.
This is not the first time the “Give Your Heart a Break” singer takes on the National Anthem.
Lovato thanked her fans, the ‘Lovatics’ for supporting her career.
"Only my lovatics could land me a spot singing the national anthem at the WORLD SERIES!!!!” she posted on her Twitter account. “I couldn't do it without you guys!!!!”
Early last week, Lovato teared up as she chose her top contenders of "The X Factor" who will move on to perform in the live auditions.
Latinos Jennel Garcia and David Correy both made it to the next round. During this round, viewers will also have a say on who stays in the competition.
The news of the top 16 remaining contenders comes just as FOX announced that “The X Factor” will be back for a third season.
The show’s creator, Simon Cowell, who also created the popular singing competition “American Idol,” was elated with the news.
