Comedian T.J. Miller arrested after altercation with driver

“Office Christmas Party” star T.J. Miller was arrested early Friday morning after an altercation with a driver, the LAPD confirmed to FOX411.

TMZ reported the comedy star slapped an Uber driver in the head after a fight about President-Elect Donald Trump.

The LAPD said Miller was arrested for battery shortly after 1 a.m. Friday. Police told us the driver demanded a private person’s arrest.

According to TMZ, the incident happened after the "Silicon Valley" actor was picked up from the GQ Men of the Year party, and he was reportedly intoxicated.

The 35-year-old actor was released from jail after he posted $20,000 bail, the LAPD told us.

“Office Christmas Party” also stars Jennifer Aniston, Jason Bateman and Olivia Munn is in theaters today.
