Carlos Santana may have walked away unscathed from a Las Vegas car crash Friday night, but his vehicle wasn’t so lucky.

Gossip website TMZ reported Santana wrecked his silver Fisker Karma after reportedly hitting two unoccupied parked cars and coming to a stop in what looks like gravely landscape. The 66-year-old guitarist told law enforcement fell asleep at the wheel, lost control and crashed it. He sustained no injuries.

A police spokesman told Las Vegas Review-Journal that Santana was not driving under the influence. He described the crash as a “minor.”

The Grammy-winning musician was reportedly driving home through an upscale area of Vegas at the time of the crash.

According to his concert schedule, Santana performed on Thursday and Saturday nights, but not on Friday night.

Santana has won 15 Grammys and is best known for the album “Supernatural,” which sold more than 25 million copies. It was recently announced he will receive a Kennedy Center Honor for his contribution to the arts in the United States.
