Joanna Gaines reopens first-ever home goods store - again

"Fixer Upper" fans are in for a treat, as Joanna Gaines has reopened her first-ever home goods store in Waco, Texas - again.

The Magnolia Warehouse Shop, once known as the Little Shop on Bosque, will be open on select days for one month, beginning on July 26 through August 25, Country Living reports.

Welcoming shoppers every Thursday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the pop-up features will offer "exclusive last chance and slightly damaged items at a discount while supplies lasts."

This may sound familiar, as the new mom of fivesimilarly reopened the shop for a short period back in March.

As Fox News noted at the time, the shop has a sweet history. Joanna and her husband Chip bought in 2013 before HGTV fame, and shuttered its after welcoming their first two children, Drake and Ella Rose.

Fans may be more familiar with their larger business space, the Silos, which opened in 2015 and is a huge hit with tourists and Texans alike.

The Magnolia Warehouse Shop is located at 3801 Bosque Blvd in Waco.
