Ram sets record for world's largest parade of pickups

Was this even hard?

In conjunction with its sponsorship of the Academy of Country Music Awards in Arlington, Tex., Ram organized the world’s largest parade of pickup trucks.

As if the country music connection didn’t stack the deck, Texas is the USA’s largest pickup market, accounting for about one out of every six trucks sold nationwide.

Nevertheless, the 451 Rams and Dodges that took part came from seven states and Canada.

The record was certified by Guinness, and broke the previous mark of 438 pickups that was set last July in the town of Vale, Ore., which was celebrating the 100th anniversary of its annual rodeo.

Now if someone could pull this off in New York City, we’d be really impressed.
