A chilling video apparently shot by a United Nations peacekeeper shows a huge column of men in South Sudan in what the cameraman says is the march home from battle.

A cyclical campaign of violence that pits one ethnic group against another has flared anew in South Sudan, contributing to a humanitarian crisis in which caused than 100,000 people to flee their homes.

No authorities can yet say how many people have died in the fighting, which began this month when the Lou Nuer community in the state of Jonglei mounted an attack against the Murle community. The aid group Doctors Without Borders says it has treated 176 patients. That number, though, only includes Lou Nuer victims. Human Rights Watch said Friday that injured Murle have yet to be located.
