Video shows man beaten, chewed on by stranger 'growling like wild animal'

A British DJ says he was punched and bitten in an attack caught on security video outside his Ibiza apartment, The Mirror Online reports.

The footage shows Kenny McSween being jumped in a lobby on September 20 and subjected to a 20-minute assault in which the Spanish assailant pinned him down and chewed his face.

McSween says he was initially attacked by the man, who told him he was a police officer, on his way into the apartment.

After three minutes a woman, who appears to be with the attacker, enters the lobby and starts picking McSween's belongings off the floor.

“I honestly thought he was going to kill me. I feel like I've gone 12 rounds with Mike Tyson,” McSween said, the The Mirror Online reports.

“My face swelled up like a balloon and I was dripping with blood from where he bit me. The sound of him biting me still haunts me - he was growling like a wild animal.”

When police arrived, 38-year-old McSween claims his attacker was let go free of charges while he was handcuffed and kept on the floor.

“They wouldn't even give me a glass of water,” he said of the police, The Mirror Online adds.

McSween was taken to a local hospital in San Antonio where he was X-rayed and given seven stitches and pain relief.

Police later told McSween the assailant claimed he had mistaken him for an intruder.

“I want him charged with attempted murder,” he said, The Mirror Online reports.
“It was a premeditated assault. He knew where the black spots were on the camera, and his arms were covered in Vaseline. He was clearly prepared.”

McSween, who has been DJing in Ibiza for two years, says he’s since moved back to London out of fear for his safety.

He has spoken to the Guardia Civil, the Policia Nacional and local authorities, but has not yet received any information about the investigation.

"We were informed of an incident in Ibiza involving a British national by a family member of theirs,” a British Embassy spokesman said, according to The Mirror Online.

“Our staff were unable to speak to the individual directly as no contact details were provided but we are ready to provide assistance, if requested.”
