Authorities say that two more people have died from burns they suffered at a Bucharest nightclub 10 days ago, bringing the death toll to 48.

Interim Prime Minister Sorin Campeanu said Tuesday that guitarist and video maker Tudor Golu, 28, died in Birmingham, Britain, and his body will be urgently repatriated.

Golu was flown to Britain Sunday for treatment for his burns. He was creator of the video clip "The day we die," which the band Goodbye to Gravity performed at the Colectiv club on the night the fire broke out.

Adrian Stanculea, spokesman for the state burns hospital said a man died there of his injuries late Monday.

The fire, the deadliest of its kind in Romania's history, sparked mass protests and led to the resignation of the government.
