Police seeking person who set homeless Puerto Rico man on fire, victim hospitalized

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – Authorities in Puerto Rico say they are looking for a person who set a homeless man on fire near the island's north coast.

Police said Tuesday that 63-year-old Candido Ortiz Cano told them he was staying in an abandoned house in the northern town of Toa Baja when an unidentified person set fire to him.

Ortiz is hospitalized in serious condition.
