Toronto police have arrested a man accused of causing a disturbance on an Air Canada flight from Calgary.

Police say they took a man into custody after the plane landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Thursday.

Police say nobody was injured, and charges against the man are pending. Police did not elaborate on what he allegedly did.

Air Canada says flight AC1312 was carrying 199 passengers when a customer became disruptive. The airline did not elaborate.

The incident comes a day after police arrested an Alberta resident who allegedly assaulted a flight attendant on board an Air Canada flight destined for India.
