Explosion hits Hezbollah area in southern suburbs of Lebanese capital

BEIRUT – A strong explosion has hit a stronghold of the Hezbollah militant group in a southern suburb of Beirut.

The nature of the explosion was not clear, and there were no immediate reports of casualties.
