Rescue workers say the death toll from a construction site collapse in Tel Aviv has risen to three.

Teams worked all night to search for survivors inside the wreckage of the multilevel parking garage under construction that collapsed. They found another body early Tuesday and say four others are missing.

The collapse sent a large plume of dust floating over the area and left a crater-like hole in the ground. More than 20 people were wounded in the accident, which is under investigation.

The rescue efforts are being led by the military's Home Front Command, which is often sent to disaster zones around the world to help locate victims from earthquakes, tsunamis and other natural disasters.

The site in northern Tel Aviv is home to many restaurants and high-tech businesses.
