Lutz, Florida – Once again, video of an apparent road rage incident on a Tampa Bay Area roadway is getting national attention. Now troopers say they've made an arrest.

Abe Garcia recorded the 10-second video, which is now going viral. He told Fox 13 that he drove up on what appeared to be a verbal altercation between a group of motorcyclists and people in a silver Pontiac on U.S. Highway 41 and County Line Road in Pasco County.

Seconds after Garcia began recording, the video shows the driver of the Pontiac run over the motorcycle -- with such force that part of the car lifts off the ground – before speeding off.

"One thing led to another and the next thing you know, this guy is trying to kill them, trying to run them over," Garcia recalled.

The man and woman on the motorcycle were able to get up and appeared in the footage to be OK. They later declined medical treatment.

Eyewitnesses followed the driver when he took off and called law enforcement. Troopers say they tracked down Robert Vance at his home on Lutz Lake Fern Road, not far from where the crash happened. They found a spare tire on the car and a shredded tire in the trunk.

The Florida Highway Patrol calls Vance a habitual traffic offender. The 31-year-old has been charged with leaving the scene of a crash and aggravated battery.
