An Austria pastry maker has egg on his face after baking cakes with Nazi designs, AFP reports.
A Holocaust survivors' group has filed a criminal complaint against the bakery for offering customers cakes decorated with swastikas and others with a baby doing a Nazi salute.
The Nazi cakes, which cost $128, were found in a catalogue containing photographs of the designs.
"This is a particularly abhorrent example of how money is made from Nazi filth. We're going to file a criminal complaint," Willi Mernyi, chairman of the Holocaust group MKOe Mauthausen Committee, told AFP.
The bakery's pastry chef says he's not a Nazi.
"If someone orders it, I make it. I don't really think about it. Basically, it doesn't interest me what the customers do with the cakes. I have to make a living," Manfred Klaschka told ORF public television, according to AFP.
Austria bans public displays of Nazi symbols and neo-Nazi activities.
