The video of a South Dakota woman paying for diapers for a cash-strapped young mother at Walmart Sunday night went viral after another shopper videotaped the random act of kindness.

Carol Flynn had just paid and was about to leave the Sioux Falls store when she overheard a young woman behind her asking the cashier to match the price on four boxes of diapers. The cashier was reportedly only able to match the price for one box, so the mother, Katie Kanefke, could not afford the purchase.

Flynn is videotaped stepping in and taking out her credit card to pay $120 for the items. Kanefke told KSFY that "If you ever needed a sign that God’s there for you in the hardships and the struggles, this is it."

As of Wednesday, the video has been liked more than 16,000 times and shared more than 4,300 times.

"You can't take it with you," Flynn told The Argus Leader. "I just think we should do things like that. That's kind of my thinking."

There are some amazing people in this world. What a way to end such a beautiful day to witness such an amazing act of kindness. To whomever the older lady that helped this young girl, I hope this finds you. Thank you and God bless you. #spreadthelove"
