The Latest on the trial of a man charged with raping and abducting a teenager he later married and impregnated (all times local):

A Southern California woman has testified that she received a Facebook message out of the blue from a sister authorities say was kidnapped a decade earlier by their mother's boyfriend.

She took the stand Wednesday in the trial of 42-year-old Isidro Garcia, who is charged with raping and abducting the witness' teenage sister in 2004. Garcia says the girl ran away with him willingly.

The woman said she got excited when her sister's name popped up in a Facebook request in 2014 and immediately sent a message to her.

She says her sister wrote back asking about the family and saying she loved them.

Authorities say Garcia abducted the 15-year-old girl shortly after she arrived from Mexico, and she eventually married and bore his child after he told her she would be deported if she left.
