Authorities in San Antonio Thursday are searching for thieves accused of using a stolen forklift to try pulling an ATM from a bank.
They didn't succeed. The ATM was recovered and the forklift turned up behind a nearby business still running and beeping, WOAI reported.

Photos and video from the scene showed a big mess outside the bank. The ATM was smashed in pieces, with debris tossed around the driveway.
Police were notified about the heist at the Chase Bank branch at 3 a.m. on Monday morning.
