School bus crash reported in southern NM

CORONA, N.M. – A school bus reportedly has rolled over in southern New Mexico amid snowy road conditions in the state.

State police have not confirmed details. But KRQE-TV in Albuquerque says there were 15 to 20 children on the bus when it crashed Friday morning between Corona and Carrizozo.

There is no immediate word on possible injuries.

A Lincoln County sheriff's dispatcher referred questions to state police.

New Mexico was hit by a winter storm Thursday and snowfall accumulated in most areas of the state overnight.
