PHILADELPHIA – Police and the FBI are investigating the robbery of an armored car in northeast Philadelphia.
Officials said the robbery took place at about 10 a.m. Thursday in the Holmesburg section of the city.
Officials told WCAU-TV that the three robbers were able to escape with about $310,000 in cash.
An FBI spokeswoman said investigators are talking to witnesses and collecting surveillance video from cameras in the area.
No injuries were reported.
