A Montana woman charged with shoving her new husband off a cliff to his death says she instinctively pushed him away when he grabbed her arm during an argument.

Jordan Graham also testified Friday that an FBI agent who interviewed her about Cody Johnson's death made her uncomfortable by placing his hand on her knee.

The 22-year-old Graham is charged with murder in Johnson's July 7 death. She testified in U.S. District Court in Missoula in a hearing on her request to drop the charges.

She is scheduled to go to trial Dec. 9. Prosecutors have requested a delay.

Prosecutors say Graham was having doubts about her eight-day-old marriage to Johnson. They say the couple took the argument to Glacier National Park, where Graham pushed Johnson in anger.
