A Minnesota man who was arrested in Florida earlier this month for allegedly masturbating in public was bailed out of jail and arrested three days later for allegedly masturbating in another hotel in front of guests, reports said.

Jason Tietz, 47, was arrested on Jan. 9 after he was seen touching himself at Hotel Zamora in St. Pete Beach, Fla., police said. He was bonded out of Pinellas County Jail shortly after his arrest, Tamba Bay’s Fox 13 reported.

Just three days later, police said five young girls reported seeing Tietz masturbating in the cabanas of a hotel in Clearwater Beach, about 20 miles north of the first incident, the report said.

A 17-year-old told the station he approached Tietz who then walked away. The teen said he chased Tietz into a parking garage where a few people helped restrain him. Amid a scuffle, Tietz allegedly punched the teen in the face, sending him to the ground.

Tietz was arrested and taken into custody. He now faces charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition, and child abuse – all felonies. He was being held at the Pinellas County Jail on $55,000 bond. His next court date has not been set, according to The Sentinel.  He is accused of a similar offense in South Dakota.
